中国中原对外工程有限公司(简称“中国中原”)于1983年4月25日经国务院批准成立,是中国核工业集团有限公司(简称“中核集团”)全资子公司。中国中原作为中核集团核电“走出去”的专业化平台,是我国第一个海外核工程建造商,开创了中国核工业走向世界的先河,先后在阿尔及利亚、巴基斯坦成功建设核研究中心和商用核电站。中国中原为集团公司核能走出去产业链链长,以引领中国核能走向世界为己任,坚持面向全球、服务全球,聚焦国际市场开发、工程建设、运维服务、国际贸易等主营业务,为全球核能客户提供全寿期“一站式”解决方案。公司连续多年入选美国权威杂志《工程新闻纪录》(ENR)评选的全球最大250家工程承包商,2021年排名第55位。

为进一步贯彻落实集团公司发展战略,拓宽选人用人渠道,激发中国中原改革动力、发展活力,提高市场竞争力,结合公司发展需要,现面向系统内外揭榜挂帅形式公开招聘新能源项目开发经理,具体事项公告如下:

一、揭榜岗位和数量

新能源项目开发经理,3人

二、工作职责

1.负责新能源市场开发,牵头完成新能源项目(含在建、在运)榜单目标

2.建立和维护开发项目所在地区的公共关系

四、揭榜人员条件


(一)基本条件

1.政治立场坚定,具有良好的职业操守和品行;

2.认同中核集团和中国中原企业文化,具有高度的事业心、责任感和奉献精神;

3.具有良好的开拓创新精神和市场竞争意识,执行力强、抗压力强,接受长期海外出差和外派;

4.具有岗位所需的专业知识和能力;

5.年龄不限。

(二)专业资格

1.统招全日制大学本科及以上学历;

2.具有3年以上新能源项目市场开发经验,具有一定的国际化经营管理经验;

3.具有境外市场开发、投资、项目管理、能源行业等相关从业背景;在海外能源项目投资分析、投标报价、技术接口管理等方面有丰富经验;

4.了解国内外相关能源产业政策、行业法规,熟悉能源行业市场特点、业务状况,了解行业国内外业务发展前景;

5.具有市场开拓和市场营销经验,能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴;具有较强的市场策划能力和运作能力;

6.具备优秀的英语沟通能力。

五、薪酬兑现和考核

薪酬实行年薪制,主要固定薪酬和绩效薪酬构成。绩效薪酬根据所完成考核任务情况兑现。超额完成榜单任务时,最高可在绩效薪酬标准基础上再上浮50%;未完成榜单任务,按照完成比例兑现绩效薪酬。

年度经营业绩考核不达标或任期考核不合格的,按公司有关规定处理。

具体编号文件如下:

编号1:《揭榜挂帅报名表》,同时提供Word版和本人签字后的PDF扫描版

编号2:证书。包含身份证、学历证书、学位证书、职(执)业资格证书、专业技术职务资格证书学历、学位包括初始学历和在职学历

编号3:任职文件(如有);

编号4:获奖情况证书、业绩成果证书材料

2.根据应聘者提供的材料,中国中原将开展面试工作,按照人岗匹配的原则择优确定最终录用人选。

七、招聘程序及其他

1.本次揭榜挂帅原则上按照发布公告、公开报名、简历筛选、资格审查、专业考核等程序进行。

1.Develop renewable energy market and complete the target of installed capacity for renewable energy projects (including those under construction and in operation) ;

2.Establish and maintain public relations in the area where the project is located.

Ⅳ.Competencies and Expertise

    (ⅰ) Recruitment Conditions

1.Possess good professional ethics and conduct, and meet the standards of excellent leadership;

2.Recognize the corporate culture of CNNC and CZEC, and have a high degree of professionalism, responsibility and dedication;

3.Have a good pioneering and innovative spirit and market competition awareness, with strong execution and pressure resistance; Execution of long-term overseas business trips and assignments;

4.Possess the expertise and competencies required for the position;

5.No age limit.

(ⅱ) Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or above;

2.A minimum of 3 years of experience in market development of renewable energy projects, and experience in international business management;

3.Background in overseas market development, investment, project management, energy industry, etc.; Rich experience in overseas energy project investment analysis, bidding quotation, technical interface management, etc.;

4.Good understanding of the development prospects of domestic and foreign industry, relevant domestic and foreign energy industry policies and industry regulations; Familiarity with the market characteristics and conditions of the energy industry;

5.Experience in market development and marketing, and ability to identify potential business partners; Strong market planning and operation capabilities;

6.Excellent oral and written command of English.

Ⅴ.Remuneration and Performance Indicator

Annual salary system is implemented, which is mainly composed of fixed salary and performance-based salary. The performance-based salary is based on the completion of the assessment tasks. The maximum annual performance salary can be increased by up to 50% for exceeded performance. For unfinished performance, the annual performance salary will be paid according to the completion ratio.

If the manager fails to meet the standard of annual performance indicators or fails to pass the tenure assessment, the situation shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations of the company.
